Javier was born and raised in Colombia and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from La Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria. He worked in multiple construction projects throughout his 10-year career in Colombia prior to moving to the United States in 2000. He began inspecting homes in 2003 by working for a multi-inspector company and has inspected over 7300 homes. In July of 2020, he decided to start his own business and Serrano’s Home Inspections was born.
Javier has a wonderful wife of 26 years and two beautiful kids in college. He is a family man who values dedication and hard work. His customers are very important to him and he knows experience matters! He is ASHI certified and ICC certified.
